Atitudinea profesional\u0103 a angaja\u0163ilor din sistemul bancar rom\u00e2nesc prezint\u0103 deficien\u0163e majore, conform unui studiu de Mystery Shopping efectuat de VBS \u2013 Business Solutions. Numai 12,5% dintre b\u0103ncile evaluate au reu\u015fit s\u0103 ob\u0163in\u0103 not\u0103 de trecere din punctul de vedere al excelen\u0163ei \u00een rela\u0163ia cu clientul.
\n\u00cen ultimii ani, \u00een care au avut loc schimb\u0103ri drastice pe pia\u0163a financiar \u2013 bancar\u0103 local\u0103 \u015fi interna\u0163ional\u0103, popula\u0163ia percepe b\u0103ncile ca fiind cauza multor evenimente negative din pia\u0163\u0103, si totu\u015fi, f\u0103r\u0103 b\u0103nci aceast\u0103 pia\u0163\u0103 nu poate exista.<\/p>\n

Studiul arat\u0103 c\u0103 standardele rom\u00e2ne\u015fti \u00een domeniul bancar implic\u0103 superficialitate, c\u0103r\u0163i de vizit\u0103 \u201dhand made\u201d facute pe post-it-uri, iar \u00een unele cazuri chiar necunoa\u015fterea produselor v\u00e2ndute si gre\u015feli grave de comportament.<\/p>\n
